The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated user experience project analyst with a proven track record in project delivery. In this role, you will bring your experience in managing a variety of digital initiatives, ranging from small enhancements to large, complex projects. You will be a guiding authority for the UX design team, leading them through the various milestones of the design process. Your ability to collaborate effectively across teams will be crucial in ensuring the successful progression of projects. Additionally, you will work closely with the product team to support overall portfolio management. It is important for this individual to track project work diligently and consistently deliver project updates to leadership. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization and a spirit of building strong relationships are essential for success in this position.

The Work Itself

  • Developing and managing full scale project plans to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Assess UX design team bandwidth and partner with the Digital Product Owner to define priorities
  • Assist in defining project scope and deliverables for projects and enhancement work
  • Ensure that proper milestones in the digital design and governance processes are outlined and achieved
  • Engage and partner with other teams at the appropriate point in the project lifecycle
  • Supervise, track, and report out progress to all levels of the Ally Digital Solutions organization
  • Support process improvement methodology across a multi-functional team
  • Proactively identify and help mitigate risks that threaten project timelines
  • Provide recommendations on efficiencies that can be gained based on the current set of

The Skills You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience as an account manager or project manager required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology preferred
  • Experience in Jira preferred
  • Experience in digital or creative marketing agency preferred
  • Ability to manage simultaneously occurring tasks in a fast paced business environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Excellent relationship management
  • Meticulous work habits and excellent organization
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned

    An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

    Emerging : 65000

    Experienced : 90000

    Expert : 115000

    Incentive Compensation : This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
