Director of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering responsible for overseeing software engineering initiatives within the ERP and Marketing domains.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage tactical and strategic software engineering initiatives

Oversee production issue resolution and ensure quality integration

Collaborate with senior leaders for project prioritization and manage a team of engineers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field

7 years of experience in software engineering or related occupation

5 years of experience managing software engineering teams

5 years of experience with ERP and WFM systems such as JDA, Oracle, or NetSuite

5 years of experience with .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL technologies
