Investor Relations Manager (Miami)

GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES

The Investor Relations Manager will play a critical role in capital formation by cultivating and managing equity investor relationships for real estate development projects. This individual will oversee all investor communications, coordinate equity fundraising strategies at the project level, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the Companys capital needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Equity Capital Raising :

• Source and cultivate new equity partners, including High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, and Private Equity Firms.
• Strategically manage and expand existing investor relationships to support ongoing and future capital needs.
• Lead the preparation and organization of the equity schedule and fundraising strategy across the development portfolio.
• Collaborate with Investments and Asset Management teams to support capital raising initiatives; coordinate on production of offering materials and negotiation terms.
• Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive list of potential investors, tracking engagement history and investment preferences.
• Travel as needed to meet with existing and prospective investors, attend industry conferences, and conduct site tours.
