Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive support to customers with complex issues
Manage inbound support calls and emails, maintaining accountability for customer experience
Document issues and collaborate with internal departments for resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
One year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Inbound call center experience preferred
Proven ability to troubleshoot and support customers using software applications
Ability to work an 11-8 pm shift one day a week after training
