About the Role

PDTX is seeking an experienced Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing therapy network in San Leandro, CA . The ideal candidate will assist Occupational Therapists in providing high-quality, patient-centered therapy services within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence and function.

Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately.

Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ensure compliance with facility standards, documentation, and California regulations.

Job Requirements

Active California COTA license (required).

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads considered).
