Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Market Outreach Specialist! You will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of a network of Trade Ally contractors in support of a statewide residential rebate program. Market Outreach Specialists, who are at the intersection of contractors, customers, and clients are critical in setting up contractors to successfully deliver excellent quality, ensuring customers have positive experiences, and that the program delivers on client goals related to outreach activity and project completion targets.

The successful candidates will be based in Tacoma or Olympia, WA.

Most of your time will be in the field servicing our customers and trade allies with the remainder of your time working from your home office. There will be some overnight travel required.

Target Compensation :

$82,500.00

Compensation Range $81,380.00 - $105,600.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example.
