Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Show Low, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Float Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Shift : 12H Nights Unit Notes : Will float between PCU unit and two other Med / Tele units all will have tele pts. COVID vaccination preferred; religious exemptions considered - MedSurg / Tele FLOAT RN- 2 years of experience required - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required- Shifts : 12 hours - 36 hour guarantee with no cancellations- EMR : Sunrise Allscripts- Support staff on unit : Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs- Nurse to patient ratios : 1 : 5 days; 1 : 6 nights; 1 : 4 peds -also based on level of acuity- Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds Float to all MS units, ER, L&D, Behavioral Health and ICU (taking MS overflow patients)- About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
