Job Title : Propulsion Test Engineer

Location : Kennedy Space Center, Florida

Join a high-performing engineering team at Kennedy Space Center supporting spacecraft propulsion testing and verification. As a Propulsion Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in authoring, executing, and troubleshooting test procedures for hypergolic propulsion systems to ensure flight readiness and compliance with mission requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Author and execute detailed operating procedures for spacecraft propulsion systems
• Handle and service hypergolic propellants in accordance with stringent safety protocols
• Conduct removal, replacement, and re-test procedures for components in hypergolic systems
• Perform leak testing and functional verification of spacecraft fluid systems
• Operate high-pressure pneumatic systems to pressurize flight hardware
• Lead multidisciplinary testing teams, including technicians, QA, and fellow engineers
• Investigate, document, and resolve equipment and hardware non-conformances
• Support mission-critical test operations across all shifts (including 2nd and 3rd) and overtime as needed

Required Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00 / hr.
