CDL Driver

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Salary Range : Competitive – Based on Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded CDL Driver to support daily operations by transporting countertop products and materials to job sites, warehouses, and customer locations. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and professional delivery of loads requiring CDL licensure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong driving skills, attention to safety, and excellent customer service when representing the company on the road.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company trucks requiring a valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on load requirements).
  • Transport countertops, raw materials, and related products to project sites, clients, and distribution points in the Milwaukee area and surrounding region.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections, maintain driver logs, and follow DOT compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with customers, contractors, and on-site teams.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL license (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience operating commercial trucks; experience with flatbeds, box trucks, or material handling preferred.
  • Ability to safely secure, strap, and transport large or heavy loads.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Good communication skills and professional customer service approach.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with product handling.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules.
