A leading construction management firm is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support one of the region’s most advanced manufacturing facility builds. This is a key role responsible for managing project schedules, leading a small team, and ensuring execution stays aligned with technical and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and oversee a team of three schedulers
- Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and Open Plan
- Validate logic, sequencing, and progress milestones to maintain project accuracy
- Review and evaluate contractor schedules, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Work closely with construction, engineering, and commissioning leaders to ensure alignment
- Monitor performance and prepare reports, updates, and risk assessments
- Document progress, lessons learned, and schedule improvements
