Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Training Program Analyst (TPA) for the FAA Corporate Training Solutions Division.

Location : Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC)

6500 South MacArthur Blvd.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73169

This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.

Compensation : $24.00 / Hour

Position Summary

The Training Program Analyst (TPA) supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Corporate Training Solutions Division at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) by performing a wide range of administrative, analytical, and program support functions related to the planning, coordination, and management of FAA training operations.

The TPA assists with course coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis in support of training programs and FAA learning initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with instructors, financial personnel, and other FAA stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of training services.

Primary Responsibilities

Training Coordination & Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for FAA training activities, including scheduling, registration, and classroom coordination.
  • Serve as a primary point-of-contact for instructors and training participants during scheduled training sessions.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and presentation of FAA training briefings and reports using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
  • Coordinate and process training agreements with other program offices.
  • Provide eLMS (Electronic Learning Management System) support, including course setup, student records, and certificate creation / distribution.
  • Collect and distribute class information and provide course / student evaluation support as required.
  • Conduct student orientations for training sessions held at the Aeronautical Center and process students through the Security Command Center as needed.

Financial & Data Analysis Support

  • Assist financial personnel with timekeeping, course pricing updates, and accounting activities related to training operations.
  • Utilize Pay.gov to process tuition payments and coordinate with Accounting to ensure Fedwire transactions are properly applied.
  • Support the Franchise Reimbursable Agreement Tool (FRAT) by drafting interoffice agreements, monitoring balances, and preparing revenue / accrual reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends in funding, training expenses, and revenue; recommend corrective measures or process improvements.
  • Ensure all financial data, reports, and expenses are tracked and recorded accurately within the correct accounting period.
  • Property, Facilities, and Vehicle Coordination

  • Maintain and update property records in FAA systems such as FRAMES, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Coordinate classroom scheduling, loaning space as required, and maintaining key check-out logs for training rooms.
  • Manage use of government-owned Aeronautical Center vehicles in accordance with FAA policy; ensure vehicles are properly fueled or charged and maintain vehicle checkout records.
  • Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring documentation, reports, and correspondence are prepared with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support the coordination of division-level projects, briefings, and recurring activities to maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with FAA staff, contractors, and external stakeholders to support the division's mission and customer service standards.
  • Minimum Qualification Requirements

    Education

  • Required : High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience

    At least one (1) year of experience in any combination of the following areas :

  • Developing, reviewing, or revising instructional or training materials in accordance with defined learning objectives.
  • Providing advice, planning, or coordination related to instructional or training development.
  • Performing business management functions involving strategic planning, resource allocation, or program coordination.
  • Proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe products.
  • Specialized Skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and database tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of training program coordination and administrative support procedures.
  • Strong understanding of financial data analysis and reporting principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with FAA systems (eLMS, FRAMES, FRAT) preferred.
  • Additional Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and meet FAA security requirements.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) and interact professionally with FAA and contractor personnel.
