Automotive Fleet Technician – Keep Norfolk Moving with zTrip

With over 6,000 vehicles operating across 39 cities, we’re hiring a skilled Automotive Fleet Technician in Norfolk, VA to perform essential maintenance and repairs that keep our operations running smoothly.
Your Role as an Automotive Fleet Technician :
If you're a problem-solver with mechanical expertise and a passion for keeping vehicles in top condition, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on fleet vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
- Replace or repair parts including brakes, filters, belts, and hoses
- Conduct vehicle safety inspections to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and shop supervisors to meet service goals
