As an Insurance Sales Representative for Lindsay Ellis State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide information about insurance products and services.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of client interactions.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Maintain a strong work ethic.QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredProperty and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferredPeople-orientedSelf-motivatedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAble to learn computer functionsPride in getting work done accurately and timelyAbility to work in a team environmentDetail-oriented and able to multitask.Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
