Enterprise Warehouse Manager

What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise-wide warehouse operations including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement standardized warehouse procedures for multiple locations.
- Maintain real-time inventory controls and ensure timely branch order fulfillment.
- Approve purchases and manage vendor spend to control costs and maximize efficiency.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to optimize vendor relationships and reduce waste.
- Provide regular performance and audit reports to the Director of Operations.
- Keep the Birmingham (Pelham) warehouse showroom-ready as the model for all other branches.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Priority Responders to align warehouse operations with field needs.
- Design scalable warehouse systems to support company growth.
- Travel to other branch locations as needed for audits and operational support.
