Position Overview :
Spirit Truck Lines is offering an exciting remote internship opportunity for a Data Entry Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop their skills in data entry, organization, and digital record-keeping while supporting real-time business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Input and update data into company systems with speed and accuracy
Verify information and correct errors before entering data
Organize and manage electronic files and documents
Assist with generating reports and compiling datasets for internal use
Support the operations and administrative teams with data-related tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines
Requirements
Qualifications :
Current student or recent graduate (associate, bachelor’s, or vocational program)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
Good organizational and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and home workspace
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Skills :
Interest in logistics, operations, or administrative work
Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles (school or work-based)
Familiarity with spreadsheets and file management systems

Requirements
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations. Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus.
