Description :

This is a contract position for an RN in the Emergency Room.

The assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks.

The shift will run from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.

On-call requirements are not applicable.

The unit features a mix of private rooms, stretchers, and fast track areas.

Patient ratios are typically 1 : 4 in the Emergency Department, 1 : 5 in behavioral health, and 1 : 3 for cardiac / trauma.

Team collaboration is essential for success in this role.

Candidates should be prepared to handle various tasks, including splinting, EKGs, trauma assists, and behavioral health de-escalation.

Experience with trauma and central line insertion is preferred.

A self-starter who can multitask and work well in a team environment will be an ideal fit for this position.

Adhering to established policies and guidelines is mandatory.

The unit has a strong support team and opportunities for professional growth.

Experience with electronic medical records is regarded as beneficial.
