Marketing Coordinator Job at First Foundation Bank in Irvine

Summary : The Marketing Coordinator provides hands-on support for day-to-day marketing operations, asset coordination, and event logistics. This role focuses on maintaining marketing materials and inventories, coordinating vendor and print production tasks, assisting with internal and field events, and organizing assets for use across digital and print. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working behind the scenes to help ensure that marketing runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Creative Asset Support

• Assist with production of internal collateral, including signs, cards, and one-sheets
• Manage print inventory and promotional items
• Coordinate photo shoots and headshots with internal teams and vendors
• Crop, resize, and organize photos; assist with basic video capture and editing

Administrative & Operational Tasks

Event Support

Internal Client Support
