Job Summary :
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is recruiting BC / BE General Anesthesiologists to join HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, FL. This Level II trauma center is located an hour north of West Palm Beach. This facility serves the Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties. This is a great opportunity to join collaborative group that is passionate about high quality patient care.
Qualified Candidates / Opportunity Highlights :
- MD or DO licensure from an accredited institution and ABA board eligibility / certification required.
- Must be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license and DEA from the state of Florida prior to employment.
- Anesthesia Care Team is expanding to 10 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNA’s
- MDs do approximately 5% of their own cases
- Diverse mix of cases including General, Ortho, OB / GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular / Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology and Peds
- Annual surgical volume - 11,500 cases
- State-of-the-Art facility with a total of 13 operating rooms and 15 SOS. 2 ORs dedicated to open heart surgery; 2 OB (Level III NICU); Level II Trauma
