A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist (Collections).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send collection letters to providers in accordance with policy
Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers and verifying claim statuses
Investigate claim disputes and escalate issues as necessary to ensure effective recovery
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience required
Billing or coding experience preferred
Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
