Qualifications

Required Education :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience :

Three (3) years of job-related experience

Responsibilities

Your Role :

Provides direct administrative and operational support to the Director, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Provides routine administrative and operational support to all other members of the department.

Liaises between customer / accounts, contacts, vendors, community resources, and EAP.

First point of contact for EAP clients; pro-actively triages level of acuity and makes appropriate dispositions.
