A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are seeking to hire a Social Worker .

$23 to $27 per hour based on circumstances including skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.

Social Worker Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field required.
• Minimum of one year of Social Work in a healthcare setting.
• Must have Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Subacute experience.
• Knowledge of Point Click Care or other Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
