Required Qualifications
10+ years in channel or alliances leadership, with at least 5 years in open-source or database technology
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing global teams
Proven track record of building and scaling global partner ecosystems with measurable revenue impact
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background is a plus
Strong understanding of open-source business models and software subscriptions
