Hours : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

A well-established community bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focusedLoan Administrator / Servicing Specialistto join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative environment with a strong team culture and room for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform loan servicing tasks including insurance follow-up, tax payments, and escrow management
• Maintain accurate and organized loan files and documentation
• Support the back-office loan servicing function
• Assist with balancing and reconciliations (training provided)
• Track and manage escrow payments and insurance policies (~50 policies / month)
• Manage approximately 1520 loans per month
