Location : The Villages, FL, and surrounding areas
Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
Position : Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Duration : 13 weeks with the possibility of extension upon successful completion
Hours : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - 32 hours guaranteed
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically once per month)
Compensation : Negotiable based on territory and candidate experience. Weekly paychecks.
Benefits : Mileage reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k eligibility after 90 days

Job Requirements :

Active Florida RN License

Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Minimum 6 months of experience with Oasis and Homecare Homebase

Minimum 1 year of home health experience

Reliable transportation

Job Duties :

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and best practices

Educate patients and their families on disease management techniques and preventive healthcare measures

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
