DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The responsibilities of the Clerical Assistant 2 in this position include prepping, scanning, indexing images, and micrographic digitization of different document types and mailings within the department and other agencies. Continuous quality checks in review of all documents scanned and maintenance of all equipment used are expected on a daily basis.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
• Work hours are 7 : 00am to 3 : 00pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).
