Shifts per Week : 3 (12-hour day shifts)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,860 – $2,200

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility

At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to excel in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment

ICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on care procedures and recovery expectations

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies
