As part of our dynamic group, you'll help reimagine core underwriting and broking workflows, build scalable applications, and deliver impactful solutions that drive operational excellence across our specialty lines. Responsibilities :

• Develop robust, scalable applications inside the Palantir platform, using modern frameworks such as TypeScript, React, and Angular.
• Translate complex underwriting and broking requirements into intuitive, data-rich user experiences that support decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Extend Palantir's capabilities through custom modules, visualizations, and workflow enhancements tailored to Acrisure's specialty insurance operations.
• Apply best practices in DevOps, cloud-native development, and software engineering to deliver maintainable, high-performance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including underwriting, broking, and analytics—to support digital transformation initiatives and scale AI-driven capabilities.
• Contribute to demos and product iterations that showcase innovation in broking and binding workflows. Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development using TypeScript, React, Angular, or similar technologies. Preferred :
• Experience with pipeline and application development within Palantir.
• Familiarity with insurance workflows, especially in underwriting and broking.
• Experience with Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
