Job Description
1. Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA, MPP, MPA or MHA preferred or in progress. 2. Preferred two years of related experience in healthcare, health care consulting, academic medical center planning or business operations. Working knowledge of financial reporting and business planning. 3. Demonstrated competency working with spreadsheets, database, and mainframe applications. Ability to take initiative by identifying problems, conceptualizing resolutions to the problems, and implementing change. 4. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to translate analyses into actionable information for decision making at all levels throughout the organization. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with people from all levels of the organization. Self-directed in developing new knowledge and skills.

Pay Range
$59,280.00-$96,928.00 Salary
At Lurie Children's, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise. The pay range for this job indicates minimum and maximum targets for the position. Ranges are regularly reviewed to stay aligned with market conditions. In addition to base salary, Lurie Children's offer a comprehensive rewards package that may include differentials for some hourly employees, leadership incentives for select roles, health and retirement benefits, and wellbeing programs.
