Base pay range : $170,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

Please note : This is an in-person role at our Hayes Valley office in San Francisco. For those outside the Bay Area, we offer paid relocation.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Founding Marketer , you’ll be responsible for owning the full inbound engine at daydream—from content to community to thought leadership. This is a critical role : all of our revenue to date has come from inbound leads, and we want to double down on that motion.

• Own content marketing end to end—including written content, SEO education, and long-form thought leadership.
• Create high-quality courses that help teach the fundamentals of modern SEO, GEO, and AI-enabled growth.
• Build and nurture a community of modern growth marketers—especially those operating at the frontier of AI, content, and SEO.
• Collaborate closely with our data science and product teams to translate internal research into public-facing content, case studies, and original insights.
• Define and evolve the narrative around daydream—cementing our position as the go-to brand for generative engine optimization.
• Act as the voice of the brand, working with the CEO and Head of Growth to define our public presence and shape the industry conversation around GEO.
