Arizona Licensed Liability Trial Attorney

A company is looking for a Liability Staff Legal Counsel II or III.

Key Responsibilities

Represent commercial insureds in high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases

Perform all aspects of insurance defense, including legal analysis, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation

Handle post-trial activities and collaborate with remote teams using technology

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor and 5+ years (Attorney II) or 7+ years (Attorney III) of litigation experience

Active member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar

Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools like Lexis or Westlaw

Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance defense litigation

First Chair Jury trial experience preferred for Attorney III role
