As a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solution Owner, you'll work directly with clients and their stakeholders to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business transformation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, security, and business leaders, guiding them through every stage of the engagement. In this role, you'll serve as both a trusted advisor and delivery lead, ensuring projects achieve their objectives while creating lasting value for clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, from initiation through go-live.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and governance structures to align with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, managing scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct assessments, lead fit-gap analyses, and design scalable, future-ready cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Partner with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
• Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies; establish and guide Scrum teams as needed.
• Oversee testing, readiness, and change management to support user adoption and successful rollouts.
• Provide regular progress updates, reports, and executive-level communications.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting ongoing governance.
