A company is looking for a Manager of Medicare Complaints Operations - Business Insight.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee support operations for the Medicare Complaints Department and manage the quality of the Online Monitoring Tool (OMT)
Generate and distribute regular reports on OMT metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Plan and monitor internal projects, ensuring timely delivery within specifications and budget
Required Qualifications
2+ years' experience in a data warehouse environment and working with large data sets
2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage products
Proficient in using QuickBase and creating materials for a Senior Leadership audience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
