Strategic Process Leader

In this position, this role will work directly with the CEO's Chief of Staff to drive strategic process around internal operational initiatives and will also be a key partner to leadership in driving transformation, efficiency, and reduced waste across the enterprise. This individual will focus on improving processes, integrating new processes and technologies, and enhancing operational efficiency. This leader will work closely with senior leadership's business and functional offices, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable process improvements, ensure compliance, and implement best practices in the CEO's Office and across the enterprise. This individual will be a champion of initiatives focused on continuous improvement and removing waste across the organization. This leader will also utilize their internal network to support and drive cross-functional transformation projects, and assist with ELT- and Board-facing tasks.
