What You Will Do
- Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and / or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems. Prior hands-on troubleshooting experience is preferred.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve / document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
- Travel Requirements : less than 10% annually
- Shift Information : 1st shift

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior Engineering experience.Minimum 2 years of relevant professional work experience with any of the following :RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing
Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigationsQualifications We Prefer
Bachelor's in Science in Electrical EngineeringExperience performing electrical engineering design of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker / Sensor, or electronic subsystem; including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and production / supplier / sub-tier supplier support of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Designer, PSPICE, System Vision, MATLAB, Mathcad, IDL, CST, HFSS, ADS, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Spectrum Analyzer.Familiarity with missile communication transceivers and data links, IMU and GPS receiver subsystems.Experience with subsystems integration and test, post test flight analysis, problem investigation, SPC methods, technical writing, and Engineering Change Notices.Self-starter who can work independently as well as with a small technical team, providing technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.What We Offer
