Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee strategic planning, development, and execution of IT initiatives aligned with municipal objectives, including systems and cloud services.
• Direct the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring secure and seamless collaboration.
• Manage the maintenance, operations, and capital improvement plans for all municipal buildings and facilities.
• Direct cybersecurity strategy and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads and external partners to ensure efficient and secure delivery of services.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology procurement, facilities contracts, and budget oversight.
