Occupational Therapist / OT

Prestige Care Center at Fairfield is actively seeking to hire a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility!

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct OT services, following physician’s orders and AOTA / state guidelines

Coordinate therapy programs, document, bill, and code appropriately

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning

Maintain therapy equipment and workspace hygiene

Monitor and report key performance indicators; supervise therapy assistants

Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Requirements :

Valid, unrestricted OT license for Iowa

Meets educational licensure requirements

Knowledgeable about skilled nursing regulations in longterm care
