Locum Physician - Psychiatrist

Location : Iowa

Job Type : Full-Time, Inpatient Psychiatry

Contract Length : PRN

Rate : $150-$200 per hour

Work Schedule : PRN

Qualifications :

Board Certified in Psychiatry (Required)

IA Medical License or IMLC (Required)

Inpatient Experience : A minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatry experience strongly preferred

Experience with Pediatric and Adult Populations : Must have experience treating patients ages 6 and up

Key Responsibilities :

Provide care to adult and adolescent patients on the inpatient units. Manage and treat a diverse caseload of psychiatric disorders.

Be available for after-hours call, with both nightly call and 24-hour on-call duties.

Manage 5-12 patients daily, with a total of 18 adult beds and 5 adolescent beds.
