At C+R, all analysts work directly with senior managers and owners, who are all still analysts working on projects, as well as face-to-face with clients. The Quantitative Research Director is involved in all aspects of research projects from brainstorming research designs and proposal development through analyzing data and creating written reports and other deliverables. The Director collaborates with and mentors other quantitative analysts to successfully implement and run the day-to-day tasks involved in client research projects.
The Quantitative Research Director will also work alongside VPs or SVPs to develop and maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering thoughtful research with a consultative mindset towards business strategy and client outcomes, responsive client service and expert consultation.

Hybrid office environment with three days a week in-person requirement. May require some travel to client sites.

Education Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
