Corrugated Packaging Production Associate — Mt. Carmel, PA

Picture the start of your shift : you review the day’s factory orders, set up your machine, measure twice, and keep production flowing safely and smoothly. As part of International Paper’s Mt. Carmel team, you’ll help turn renewable resources into everyday products that move the world.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Rate : ($20.00 / hr. potential to make up to $24.91 / hr.)
  • Category / Shift : Hourly Full-Time
  • 3 : 00 pm – 11 : 00 pm (Monday–Friday) OR
  • 11 : 00 pm – 7 : 00 am (starts Sunday evening)

All shifts are subject to possible mandatory overtime, including weekends.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor production machines.
  • Read and follow factory orders accurately.
  • Enter basic data in computer systems.
  • Use tape measures, gauges, and test equipment; apply basic shop math.
  • Inspect, count, and stack finished product with care.
  • Complete quality and administrative documents precisely.
  • Follow directions and standard operating procedures.
  • Move and track stock throughout the production area.
  • Contribute wherever needed to keep the line running.
  • Physical Requirements

    Lift and move up to 50 lbs., push stacks of corrugated sheets, and stand for 8 hours.
