A company is looking for a Non-Clinical Case Manager to provide patient support remotely during the hours of 11-8p EST, M-F.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual support to patients, case managers, and clinical educators through various communication channels
Engage patients with complex health conditions using empathy and emotional intelligence
Ensure compliance with industry regulations while managing sensitive patient information
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
Two years of experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare patient support services
Experience in a telephonic patient support environment, including reimbursement and / or oncology
Accountability to metrics in a real-time contact environment
Proficient with technology and multiple data entry systems
