Internal Controls Manager
Manages the annual assessment of internal controls over financial reporting required under Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, including : annual risk based scoping of business processes; oversight of internal controls and business processes in place at FedEx OpCos; oversight of audit and control testing methodology for information technology general controls; consultation with external public auditors throughout the annual SOX 404 audit. Also responsible for management of additional compliance, financial reporting and accounting projects.

Pay : $7,521.48 per month - $15,042.95 per month
