A leading healthcare facility in Montgomery is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join its high-acuity Emergency Department. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a busy, well-equipped setting that supports clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Position Highlights :

  • 1099 Independent Contractor model
  • Annual ED volume : 55,000
  • 64 ED beds 450+ hospital beds
  • Level II Trauma Center
  • Daily Physician Coverage : 46
  • Daily APC Coverage : 54
  • Double Coverage
  • Acuity Level : High
  • Admission Rate : 21%
  • EMR Cerner
  • Fast Track : Yes
  • Primary physician on all ER encounters
  • Excellent compensation

Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients with acute conditions and injuries
  • Perform initial assessments, order diagnostics, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans
  • Participate in quality initiatives and departmental collaboration
