Duration : Full-time

Location : Grand Island, NE

Salary : $70,000 / Annually

Shift : 2nd Shift - 4 : 30pm - 3 : 00am

Role : Maintenance Mechanic

Primary Skills : Engineering

Role Description : The Maintenance Mechanic must have 3-5 years of experience. Client is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Mechanic. In this position, you will perform general maintenance and repairs on facility and industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Mechanical knowledge, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and some basic electrical is required.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Basic welding experience preferred but not required
• Previous work exposure as a Maintenance Mechanic or equivalent.
• Basic computer, strong math and report writing skills.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements :

Education : High School Diploma OR GED equivalent

Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience

Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel : No

Local Preferred : Yes

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
