Role of a CorePower Yoga Instructor

A CorePower Yoga Instructor delivers an extraordinary experience through welcoming check-ins, guiding classes, and supporting students to live their power. Instructors cultivate supportive relationships, ensure safety, and embody CPY Core Values at all times.

Essential Job Duties

• Teach at least two (2) classes per week, totaling a minimum of 4 hours in studio.
• Provide a safe, supportive environment by educating on alignment, offering modifications, and using CPY cueing formulas.
• Arrive 30 minutes before and after classes to read communications, plan classes, and connect with students.
• Engage with students before and after class to support their growth and community development.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-ins, POS transactions, and creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness according to CPY standards to ensure safety.
• Uphold CPY Core Values and foster a positive studio environment.
• Act as an ambassador for CPY initiatives, including memberships, programming, retail, etc.
