Influencer Marketing Specialist (Onsite)

Overview
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will execute the influencer strategy to amplify brand awareness, expand community engagement, and drive user growth across key social platforms. This includes collaborating closely with marketing, brand, and partnerships teams to source, activate, and manage creators aligned with cannabis culture, innovation, and lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Program Execution
Assist with sourcing, vetting, and onboarding influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms who have audience affinities that translate to cannabis culture using predefined criteria.
Assist with building, maintaining and contributing to a pipeline of micro, macro, and nano influencers aligned with brand values and campaign objectivesCampaign Execution & CoordinationPlan and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including content briefs, timelines, product seeding, and approvals under guidance of Senior Manager of Marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, brand, comms, legal) to ensure alignment and compliance.Relationship ManagementHelp build authentic, long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
Serve as a point of contact and advocate for influencers during all campaign stages.Create and build a list of hyper-local creators and models to use for content shoots.Tracking & ReportingMeasure KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) using social analytics and influencer platforms.
Deliver regular reports and insights to optimize performance and future campaigns.Trend MonitoringStay up to date on social and influencer marketing trends, cannabis content regulations, and platform changes.
Help identify new formats and influencer opportunities to keep campaigns culturally relevant.Qualifications
Knowledge of the social media landscape and content trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Familiarity of FTC guidelines, cannabis marketing compliance, and state-by-state restrictions.Experience with influencer management tools (GRIN preferred).Negotiation and relationship-building skills.Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.Communication and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with evolving priorities.Passion for cannabis industryExperience working with cannabis, wellness, or regulated consumer brands.A personal passion for cannabis culture and community.Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools.1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media—preferably in lifestyle, or cannabis-related industries.The base pay range for this position is $28.07 - $32.12 per hour
