Lead the Way – Become the Service Manager Who Makes a Difference! We're looking for a dynamic leader passionate about exceptional service and operational excellence. You will lead a 224-unit community, ensuring smooth operations and a top-tier living experience for residents. In this role, you'll guide a dedicated team, uphold maintenance standards, and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Purpose : as a hands-on leader, inspire your team to excel in service, maintenance, and customer care. Lead by example and cultivate an environment of trust, accountability, and support.
  • Strategic Decision-Making : plan proactively to ensure smooth operations, anticipate maintenance needs, handle repairs, and manage resources.
  • Exceptional Communication : serve as the main point of contact for residents, your team, and cross-functional departments. Maintain clear, transparent, and effective communication.
  • Organizational & Administrative Expertise : manage work orders and schedules, oversee inventory and budgets, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations and alignment with excellence goals.
  • Take Pride in Service : ensure maintenance needs and team development are handled with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in service or maintenance, preferably in a large residential setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely, effective decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading teams and engaging with residents.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and upholding high standards of quality.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
  • HVAC / EPA / CFC Certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience at an apartment community of 500 units or more.

  • Pay Range : $25.00-$27.00 / Hr.
  • Up to 100% Rent Discount

  • On-call Appreciation : $15 / day for holding the on-call phone
