Hematology / Oncology Physician

Practice Setting : primarily outpatient, very minimal inpatient Monday-Friday (9 hour days) Adult & Geriatric patients 50% Hem / 50% Onc 2 Radiation Oncologists in practice 4 APPs in practice 12-16 patients per day EMR : Mosaiq Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Not accepting Locums candidates ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. Board Eligible (must become BC within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology OR Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Hematology / Oncology (must be ABIM or AOBIM) - REQUIRED Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED DEA certification - Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED CDS certification (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Certification Requirements BLS Board Certified Board Eligible Controlled Substance (CSR / CDS) DEA State License Requirements Iowa About the Facility
