Project manager / Estimator – Build Bold, Beautiful, and Strong.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

We’re a fast-moving structural steel and ornamental metals shop doing big things in retail, multi-family, and industrial construction. Every project is different, every design unique — and we’re looking for an Estimator who thrives on challenge, precision, and creative problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Dive into plans and specs to uncover the details that make a project tick.

Build accurate cost estimates that keep jobs on time and under budget.

Work hands-on with Bluebeam to mark up, measure, and master the details.

Collaborate with clients, subs, and suppliers to get the best prices — and the best results.

Estimate everything from structural steel and moment frames to railings, canopies, ladders, and fencing .

What You Bring

3+ years of estimating experience (structural steel or metals experience preferred).

A strong grasp of construction management principles — scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment.

Confidence using Bluebeam and other estimating software.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
