Key Responsibilities

Develop new product and solution ideas that enhance customer and patient value

Track program performance and manage project timelines, resources, and operational dependencies

Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support product roadmaps and strategic business decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience in health-tech startups, consulting firms, or similar environments

Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems

Experience in healthcare analytics and insights is preferred
