We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our high energy teams. The Accounts Receivable Manager will focus on providing leadership, guidance, direction and motivation in their department. The Account Receivables Manager role will manage the daily activities for the accounts receivable teams.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, position.
Once training is complete, this position will potentially be part of a hybrid remote work schedule. This position is located in Hudson, OH.
Schedule is 8 : 00 am - 4 : 45 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key duties and responsibilities :
Provide leadership, guidance, direction and motivation to multiple departments.
Plans, assigns, directs work, appraises performance, rewards and disciplines employees, addresses complaints and resolves problems within policy guidelines and operating procedures.
Responsible for implementing improved processes and long-term objectives for operational effectiveness and improved cash flow.
Diagnoses and solves complex medical insurance claim denials in practical and sustainable ways.
Develop management reports on insurance payment and department statistics / trends.
Directs training and continuously monitors subordinates’ job performance.
Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customer insurance companies, and the general public.
Prioritizes workload based on current business needs.
Superior knowledge of healthcare products, Medicare law, deductibles, co-payments and third-party reimbursement for customer education and employee training purposes.
Qualified candidates must have excellent verbal, written, computer and team building skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Light lifting of up to 25 pounds.
